Each 3rd and 4th weekend in May, East West Birding Tours  offers a Southern Appalachian Warbler Weekend! Evenings will feature presentations by Ken Blankenship (Owner of East West & Avian Field Technician for the Georgia DNR) about the breeding birds of Southern Appalachia and current conservation efforts. Saturday through Monday, Ken will lead field trips to different areas of Georgia's Blue Ridge Mountains so participants can enjoy in person the special birds of this beautiful region -- especially its colorful warblers!

Includes round-trip van transportation from Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, three hotel nights**, three evening presentations, and three full-day guided field trips to hotspots including Brasstown Bald, Brawley Mountain, Tray Mountain, the "Dillard Loop," Chestnut Mountain, and Hale Ridge Rd.
